Creamer Wins ATV MX Round 6

6/16/2010

Rockstar/Makita/Suzuki racer Josh Creamer just can’t be stopped. Creamer took his fourth win of the ATV Motocross Nationals season at Round 6, held June 13 at Spring Creek Motocross Park in Millville, Minnesota.

Creamer won both motos, taking the holeshot and holding the lead throughout both races. Teammate Dustin Wimmer, who qualified first, went on to take third and fourth place in the two motos, for fourth place overall. The two riders are first and second in points for the series, with 269 for Creamer and 254 for Wimmer.

Both Creamer and Wimmer ride Maxxis’ yellow-label Razr MX rear and the Razr Cross front. According to team manager Kory Ellis, the tires give the two a distinct edge over their competition. “The tires have performed extremely well so far. When the riders go to the line, they know the tires are one thing they don't have to worry about, and they know that they are on the best tire at the track,” said Ellis.

In the Pro Am Production class, Maxxis’ sponsored rider Joel Hetrick took the victory with a second place finish in Moto 1 and first place in Moto 2. Hetrick is second in points for his class. And Maxxis rider Daryl Rath went 1-1 for the win in Senior 40+.

Maxxis congratulates Josh Creamer and thanks all of its riders for their fine performances.
