Maxxis Sponsors New York Yankees in 2009
12/11/2008The brand of champions will be an official tire sponsor of the New York Yankees, as Maxxis again sponsors the legendary team throughout the 2009 season.
Maxxis’ signage will be featured behind home plate during games at the Yankees’ new 51,000 seat stadium. The Yankees’ opening home game is scheduled for April 16.
Chien-Ming Wang, a native of Taiwan, will again pitch for the Yankees in 2009. Wang has a large and devoted following in the country, home of Maxxis’ international headquarters.
